Kuyyah is a marketplace bridge between a lessor who lists an item and a lessee who requests to rent it. Unless Kuyyah directly lists an item, Kuyyah is not the owner, lessor, lessee, manufacturer, or insurer of the rented item.Kuyyah އަކީ ތަކެއްޗެއް ލިސްޓްކުރާ ލެސަރ އާއި އެ ތަކެއްޗެއް ކުއްޔަށް ނަގާ ލެސީ ދެމެދުގައިވާ ބްރިޖެއް. Kuyyah އިން ސީދާ ލިސްޓްކުރާ ތަކެއްޗެއް ނޫންނަމަ، Kuyyah އަކީ މިލްކުވެރި، ލެސަރ، ލެސީ، ހެދި ފަރާތް، ނުވަތަ އިންޝުއަރަރ ނޫނެވެ.
Kuyyah may appoint a Maldivian law firm as a legal partner to review marketplace documents, support rental agreement standards, and mediate unresolved disputes between lessor and lessee. The law firm is not confirmed until Kuyyah signs a separate engagement. Users must provide accurate name, email, mobile number, and role information. Transactions require a signed-in account, email verification through sign-in, mobile OTP verification, and acceptance of these terms.ޔޫޒަރުން ސައްޙަ ނަން، އީމެއިލް، މޯބައިލް ނަންބަރު، އަދި ރޯލްގެ މަޢުލޫމާތު ދޭންވާނެ. ޓްރާންސެކްޝަންތަކަށް ސައިން-އިން އެކައުންޓް، އީމެއިލް ވެރިފިކޭޝަން، މޯބައިލް OTP ވެރިފިކޭޝަން، އަދި މި ޝަރުޠުތައް ޤަބޫލުކުރުން ލާޒިމެވެ.
The lessor must have the right to rent the item, describe it honestly, disclose defects, include accessories and rules, provide safe handover details, and receive the returned item directly from the lessee.ލެސަރއަށް ތަކެއްޗެއް ކުއްޔަށް ދޭ ޙައްޤު ހުންނަންވާނެ، ސައްޙަ ބަޔާނެއް ދޭންވާނެ، ނުބައިކަން ފާޅުކުރަންވާނެ، އެކްސެސަރީސް އަދި ޤައިދާތައް ބަޔާންކުރަންވާނެ، ސަލާމަތް ހޭންޑްއޯވަރ ތަފްޞީލު ދޭންވާނެ، އަދި ރިޓަރންވާ ތަކެއްޗެއް ލެސީއާ ސީދާ ބަލައިގަންނަންވާނެ.
The lessee must pay the agreed rental amount, inspect the item at handover, use it only for lawful and agreed purposes, keep it safe, report damage immediately, and return it on time in the same condition except normal wear.ލެސީއަށް އެއްބަސްވި ކުއްޔަށް ދޭ އަގު ދައްކަންވާނެ، ހޭންޑްއޯވަރގައި ތަކެއްޗެއް ޗެކްކުރަންވާނެ، ޤާނޫނީ އަދި އެއްބަސްވި ބޭނުމަށް އެކަނި ބޭނުންކުރަންވާނެ، ސަލާމަތްކޮށް ބެލެހެއްޓަންވާނެ، ގެއްލުމެއް ހިނގައްޖެނަމަ އަވަހަށް އަންގަންވާނެ، އަދި އާންމު ވެއަރ ނޫން ހިމެނިގެން އެ ހާލަތުގައި ވަގުތުން ރިޓަރންކުރަންވާނެ.
Kuyyah records a 5% commission from each completed rental total. Supported payment options shown on the platform may include bank transfer, card payment, Ooredoo m-Faisaa, and DhiraaguPay when available. For bank transfer, the lessee must upload the transfer slip for record keeping.ނިމިފައިވާ ކޮންމެ ކުއްޔަށް ދިނުމުގެ ޖުމްލައިގެ 5% ކޮމިޝަނެއް Kuyyah ރެކޯޑްކުރާނެ. ޕްލެޓްފޯމްގައި ދައްކާ ޕޭމަންޓް އޮޕްޝަންތަކުގައި ބޭންކް ޓްރާންސްފަރ، ކާޑް ޕޭމަންޓް، Ooredoo m-Faisaa، އަދި DhiraaguPay ހިމެނިދާނެ. ބޭންކް ޓްރާންސްފަރއަށް ލެސީ ޓްރާންސްފަރ ސްލިޕް އަޕްލޯޑްކުރަންވާނެ.
Item exchange and return are arranged directly between the lessor and lessee. Both parties should agree on place, time, identity check, item condition, accessories, deposit handling, late fees, and damage responsibility before handover.ތަކެއްޗެއް ހޭންޑްއޯވަރ އަދި ރިޓަރން އަކީ ލެސަރ އާއި ލެސީ ދެމެދު ސީދާ ރޭވޭ ކަމެއް. ހޭންޑްއޯވަރގެ ކުރިން ތަން، ވަގުތު، އައިޑެންޓިޓީ ޗެކް، ތަކެއްޗެއްގެ ހާލަތު، އެކްސެސަރީސް، ޑިޕޮޒިޓް، ލޭޓް ފީ، އަދި ގެއްލުމުގެ ޒިންމާ ދެ ފަރާތުން އެއްބަސްވަންވާނެ.
The parties should first try to resolve disputes directly using the request notes, payment proof, handover details, and return record. Kuyyah and its appointed legal partner may help review records or mediate where available, but they do not replace courts, regulators, or formal dispute bodies. Kuyyah may collect account details, phone verification status, listing data, request notes, payment option, and transfer slips to operate the marketplace, support disputes, protect users, and meet business record needs.
